Bidrage med feedbackCarluccio's in general are on a destructive path. Although service remains excellent in almost all branches, the standard of the food has deteriorated so badly that we only use Carluccio's for coffee and drinks, but not food. Several popular dishes like Pasta e Faggioli soup, were eliminate from the menu when in fact it is your best seller. replaced by mushroom soup, which is a joke. dish water with whole mushrooms floating in it. Mushrooms are never meant to be soup and if they are, you blend them into cream.Your pastas are bland, under cooked and have no flavour. In general, your chefs are not properly trained chefs and do not have the first idea about presenting a nice mealI am surprised that Carluccio's are still in businessSaad Jadir
I went to my favorite restaurant and found out it was closed. I am extremely disappointed that a place with the best customer service and food is no longer here.
I checked the Carluccio website for 1st January and as it was written that it was open arranged to meet up with 4 friends.
Got invited for a party here and definitely will never come back even if get invited again. Plus thing is nice decoration, i really liked the giant mirror. Bad thing is the food. The cod for my son had a really strong unpleasant smell. I ordered a medium rare steak. It came out in a tiny piece (pretty sure not 8oz), flat, half of it was fat and silver skin, and cooked nearly well done. A rating of 3.5 on both here and google is way too kind for this place. How dare you serve that kind of food under the great old man's name?
I recently had a family gathering at Carluccio's in St John's Wood. There were about 30 people, including 10 children. We were charged £20 per person with no discount for the children. Unfortunately, the food was of poor quality and overall, it was not a great value experience.
