Bidrage med feedbackTo get a three course lunch of this quality in The Haymarket in central London for £28 a head was astonishing. We were treated with care, attention and respect.
Hadn’t planned a visit to Brumus. We saw it on our way to the theatre and walked in. Loved it. Warmly welcomed into the spacious interior with fab decor, and very well looked after by Sarah. Thank you. Have booked to go back in a couple of weeks.
We had a delightful birthday breakfast for my daughter at Brumus. The ambiance at the hotel restaurant was lovely, and the waiter warmly welcomed us and wished my daughter a Happy Birthday. The service was attentive and not rushed, allowing us to enjoy our meal. The food was beautifully presented, hot, and delicious. The coffee and tea served were also very good. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely return and recommend it.
This was one of the most disappointing Afternoon Tea experiences we have ever had. Previously enjoyed include The Dorchester , Claridges and The Atheneum. We chose this place for its proximity to the theatre we were attending. All good on arrival, very pleasant staff and nice table beautifully set. Ordered Coronation Afternoon Tea. From the menu I chose Breakfast Tea and my husband Camomile Tea. Booking was 16.45 and tea was served at 17.30. The Tea! Sandwiches well presented and tasty. Scones were crisp and over baked. Cakes tasty however no Choux buns as advertised. There was no offer of any replenishments by staff for tea or food. I asked for some more sandwiches and was served one single solitary finger sandwich. Finally, never before EVER have we been charged a supplement for our choice of tea! Our last Afternoon Tea was at The Milestones Hotel in Kensington that was absolutely drawer. The Brumus was by far the most unmemorable!
Superb good old fashioned service, really made us feel like VIPs. Delicious brunch, very accommodating team. Would definitely go back.
