Bidrage med feedbackEven if you went to Vietnam this would be one of the best Pho you would get to eat.The soup is tasty and full of flavour and you not only have the perennial favourite of beef pho but also the many different varieties - chicken, kidney, liver, seafood etc...There are the condiments of fresh bean sprouts and Vietnamese basil leaves but also the pickle onions, fresh chilli, chilli sauce, sweet sauce etc...You won't be disappointed with a visit here.
Went with a group of people for dinner. Upon seating the guy serving was saying you can only order the beef combination as others have been sold out. That was fine as we were hungry so we went with it.As food were served we had no vegetables accompanied with our Pho (usually you get some bean shoots, mint, slice of lemon). We asked and the same rude person said none left. Food was also only luke warm. We also asked for hot tea but he never got around to it.Worse experience ever from any restaurant I've been.I do not recommend this place to anyone, try if you really want to be disappointed.
Great soup (Pho) onlt with fresh herbs and chilli, great quick food, you go home with the taste lingering and a full stomach for about $10. So cheap, so good!!!
The place is a very Vietnamese Springvale shop.It's not flash and neither is it up-market but the Pho you get here is absolutely out of this world.This has to be the place to get the best Pho in Springvale short of going to Vietnam yourself.Highly recommend.
So what does this shop have in common with those in Vietnam? Authentic (and good) Food Cramped seatingCurt Service. Mind you, it's not rude service. it's curt. They are what they are. To the point. direct. no frills. We've been here 10 times (and counting) and would be back for more! Pho in Vic is different from the ones in NSW - Here the broth is clearer and not so heavily seasoned with five spice. The Rare Beef Pho is always good, and something we found unique is the 'dry' beef pho. instead of being submerged in broth, the rice noodles are tossed and stirred in a concoction of sauces -black sauce, soy sauce, sesame sauce, fish sauce, and some other ingredients which we cannot place our finger on. amazing!
