Pho Chu Le chinese & vietnamese restaurant

On Saturday afternoon in Chule rolled for lunch. I had the cut beef pho and my partner had the grilled Pirk and Spring Roll Vermicelli. Both were very nice. Good friendly service and good price.

The service was quick and friendly, and the food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and just amazing. I will definitely be returning soon.

My friend visited this restaurant. 30 minutes in the meal, one of the waiters came and asked me if we were done. I said clearly, "Nextly, she took away the almost finished meal of my friend and took me too. Extremely refuted from their behavior, but we stayed our rest And did not say a word. We continued our chat, but then I noticed that the same girl was constantly checked for us. (Going empty tables around us and it was a very quiet time) didn't want to stay anymore. I went to the counter to pay and they couldn't work out what I ordered. I said to a guy that I was supposed to be the owner that the waitress took everything away before we're done. He didn't seem to understand what I even said. Paid and never left again!

This restaurant used to be the go-to spot for top-notch Pho and Broken Rice, but my last visit left me disappointed. While the Pho was still good and the soup portion was generous, the broken rice dish was lacking. The rice wasn't as broken as usual, and the pork was thin and small. It was tasty, but not as satisfying as before. Even the fried eggs that came with the dish were small. I jokingly wondered if they came from little chickens. I believe they should give bigger eggs and thicker cuts of meat to their customers. The atmosphere hasn't changed much, still reminiscent of a 1970s kitchen mixed with a Greyhound bus station. It lacks charm and feels more like a utilitarian space with walls covered in outdated posters. If you're looking for a more upscale dining experience, I suggest going to Flower Drum, even though it'll cost you more.

I have been to numerous pho restaurants over the past six years, and Pho Chu Le is among the best in terms of value and flavor. I am consistently pleased when trying new places for the first time, and this restaurant is no exception. I would not hesitate to return to Pho Chu Le in the future.
