Chocolateria San Churro - City of Knox

Our group stopped by a coffee shop last night to end our evening. We were impressed with the warm, friendly, and efficient service from all the employees. It was no trouble to make changes to our orders, and we were made to feel very welcome. John, one of the servers, went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable and enjoyable. It's rare to find a team member with such a perfect personality for the customer service role. The coffee was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!

I rarely write a review based on bad service, but 35 minutes for 2 coffees and the load is 90% empty staff must remember that the men's time is tied to their pauses ect as we couldn't have our coffee dame. were less disturbed, given the fantastic service we experienced in other san Churro stores, this experience was a huge one didn't leave down!

We decided to leave and ended up going to the coffee club with our family. They were accommodating and provided us with a big table so we could all sit together. It was a much more pleasant experience compared to the previous restaurant.

We ordered over $50 of drinks and churros and as a coworker brought the drink “cookies and cream” . When my friend began to drink it, he said it was caramel. then came the personal and said that there was actually a mix and the cookies. and cream with oreo above is actually the salted caramel and the cookies and saw drinking without oreo is actually the oreo drink. I asked the staff to take back my drink that my friend had already had a few drinks from what was actually my drink. I was told by the manager that I would have to pay because there is nothing wrong with the drink I was given. I explained my friend had actually started drinking of it. sam then said she understands my thinking to get my friends germ, but if I wanted another drink, I would have to pay. I said, but I don't want to catch covid, and they said there was nothing that could do so, because it is not in their policy. So instead of drinking my friends, I paid for another drink. I didn't want to take the chance to catch kovid. that is the worst service I have ever received. a drink drunk by someone else, being served and saying that nothing is wrong with the drink is unacceptable. it wasn't my debt staff said false names and gave my drink to someone else. it wasn't my fault that my friend drank from it. but I paid the price of another drink. I was served by manager sam on 7/1/22 at 9:20 o'clock.

In search of a unique dessert to end our meal, we were delighted to discover Chocolatier San Churro. Their churros, coated in cinnamon sugar and accompanied by an array of dipping sauces and fresh fruit, truly capped off a wonderful evening.
