Dunkin' - City of Ithaca

I go here 2 to 3 times a day as a cab driver. Over the last 3 or 4 weeks this ace has gone down hill. They seem to never gave what I want. They are a doughnut muffin coffee place and seem to not know how to order or bake enough muffins on a daily basis.They should look at what's going in this town and base their food off of that. I mean 4 hours after your open you run out ofstuff with 10 hours to go for the day. Then you can order 2 coffees and they take 15 minutes to nake them. What is going on inthis store. We had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru, primarily due to the unpleasant attitude of the staff member who served us. She took our order incorrectly and seemed annoyed when we pointed it out. Although we tried to resolve the issue, her response was unprofessional and unfriendly. I definitely won't be returning for frozen chocolate or anything else! It's clear that she could benefit from some proper training. There's a reason why frustrations can boil over in places like this.

This is the fastest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The service was not only quick, but my order was also perfect and exactly as it should have been—hot food was hot, and my cold drink was nice and cold.

Thinking she might have done something wrong, my fiancé asked if she could place her order there. The woman replied, "That’s why I’m standing here." My fiancé then expressed that she expected a friendly greeting, to which the woman snapped back, "I’ve been up since 1 a.m., so I don’t feel like doing a song and dance for every customer." The entire encounter was awkward and rude. Thankfully, since we're just visiting, we won't have to return to this particular Dunkin'.
