Domino's Pizza - City of Ithaca

Overall good experience. We had two carry outs in two days. First day the person who made our pizza gave a good amount of cheese but the second day a young lady made it and it looked like little caesars pizza. Both were the same type of pizza, three toppings large hand tossed pizza. So, it seems dominos pizzas quality depends upon the person who makes it.

I always love pizza from here. The pasta is also delicious. There are many offers daily that will help you save up to $20. The workers are also friendly. Just recently tried a sandwich, the chicken parm, and it was delicious. A little crispy. The specialty chicken is what I always do. Now I went down to 4 stars because I decided to try out their bone wings and it was evil, not completely cooked.

Very good, greedy pizzas. I really appreciated their representations of the different sizes of pizzas (small, large... on the wall. It's very easy to get decided with this visualization

Absolutely horrible experience. I put a delivery order. It took them over 2 hours, and they didn't deliver it! I called, messaged, filed a complaint, I did whatever I could. No response. So irresponsible of Domino's. I was a loyal customer. Never will I go for Domino's pizza again.

It's obvious they are short staffed. I thought it rude to ask everyone about their order with the exception of myself but okay, what ever. I usually have a much better experience at this location however tonight I am truly disappointed
