Haidilao Hot Pot - City Of Industry

We ended up bringing a huge party (30+ into the restaurant late at night, where most places would have turned us away. Instead, the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The meal was fantastic and I'm so thankful they were willing to serve us. Would recommend!

We finally tried Haidilao Hot Pot at Puente Hills Mall in the industrial city. The reservation was highly recommended due to the long line. At Haidilao everything was a la carte, so if you are hungry, this would not be ideal. The meat quality was not bad, but we definitely had better elsewhere. But if you appreciate service, oh my, really the best here. The only thing they didn't do was to cook for us, but everything else, they have covered us with drinks, napkins and more. Total experience was fantastic. We would go back if we had to impress our friends with dancing noodles.

The food was fantastic, and I had a wonderful time! The restaurant was very clean overall, and the service was excellent. Their operational system is well-organized too. By the way, the green tea ice cream is outstanding (no filters applied)!

Haidilao Hotpot takes pride in offering the freshest and highest quality meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for their hotpot dishes—there’s seemingly no end to the options available! The broth flavors are absolutely DELICIOUS. During our visit, we enjoyed succulent beef, sirloin, scallops, and a variety of the freshest and best-tasting fish, along with tofu and vegetables. There’s also a self-service sauce bar where you can create your perfect hotpot dipping sauce. It was a wonderful experience to gather with friends and craft our own meals together! The staff was very attentive, ensuring our soup bases were kept full and promptly delivering all the ingredients we ordered. We were thoroughly satisfied with our dinner at Haidilao Hotpot in Puente Hills Mall. The restaurant offers plenty of free parking and is families, children, and senior-friendly. We had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return soon!

Five stars! The staff even suggested a hairdresser for me! What fantastic service! The food is a perfect 5/5—super delicious and incredibly satisfying on a chilly day. Make sure to try all the sauces!
