Bidrage med feedbackI can't believe I drove 40 miles to this restaurant and saw that it's closed without any notice. It's 6 o'clock and I believe you guys are open until 8. Have no idea what happened.
Came with my wife since we were craving spicy Szechuan style noodles and wanted to try something new. The restaurant is just outside of the side entrance of 99 ranch market. We ordered their speciality tofu and crispy duck as well as a chicken gizzard noodle w/ side of pork intestine. The speciality tofu was surprisingly delicious the sauce was fragrant, spicy and umami and the tofu is definitely house made and fresh. This is a must try dish unless your not a fan of the tofu (soybean) taste. The duck was likely cooked and chilled then when ordered, friend on the spot. The skin is crispy and the duck meat was super fragrant. I would definitely recommend this dish as well. However after taking leftover home reheating it made it too dry. The chicken gizzard/liver/heart noodle was good but definitely should have gotten the spiciest level, the normal spicy did not have the kick I was looking for. If you can handle your spicy definitely ask for the spiciest level. The noodle was springy and the sauce was good. The noodle does have the chicken innards flavor so if your not a fan I would suggest the Szechuan meat sauce noodle. Would definitely come back to try their other noodles.
Yummy flavor at spicy moment. Chongqin jajiang noodles dry or with soup. We ordered both but I like it without soup because more flavor in it, tofu with sauce was okay, cold chicken noodles with toppings is yummy too, yummy pork feet soup, and half of braised duck. All the food are yummy!
I drove a hour and half for the food here. It’s really really good and OG Sichuan/chongqing food! The service is great! The owner is very nice. We are picky eater and we ate it all!
The worst experience, I came in and asked for a bowl of beef noodles. The attitude of the waiter was terrible and terrible. Hit people!
