The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Everything tasted fresh, especially the shrimp, which was incredibly fresh.

Good deal for food and they add something to the meat that makes it addicting. Last time we were there, they were shorthanded and had to stack empty plates on other tables. Only 3 people working outside the kitchen, but they hustled.

Grimey but a unique restaurant. Definitely don't come for cleaning or service but come for the experience and food.Update as of 11/21 it's $4.99/plate

Server asking more tip after i left with 10dollars on the table. And they never give us water till the end until we asked for it. FYI they will go after you! And price is high for plate of meat and seafood.

Somewhat of a hole in a wall. Has some nice options for shabu shabu and grilling. meat, rice, veggies and more are self serve. staff is helpful with getting drinks and other things as needed. Overall, not bad but wouldn't go again for the price. there are other shabu shabu place that have more sauce options and different cuts of meat (2.99 for sauce and beef and pork were shredded)
