Italian Market - City of Hudson

Favourites are Meat Lasagne and Auberginenparmesan. The sauce is fabulous. After reading reviews, I have to branch out and try other elements. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

Great food, Hudson will really miss this fine deli.

This is the first place I'm going when I come to Hudson, NY. Billys Sauce is legendary: It even supplies batches of it in the NYC Metropolitan area, more than an hour away. And if NY 'ers, with the great possibilities available to them, go to the trouble to have sauce, gravy, whatever your particular part of Italy (or elsewhere) calls it, delivered from the Great North, you know it must be 'spesh'. I could live on the Italian salad. All right. DANK YOUR for the great food served without anticipation, and a friendly smile.

Delicious sandwich. Crowded but efficient and friendly service. Just what I needed, and it hit the spot.

When you come to Cascades, get the waffles! Some of the best homemade waffles I have ever had. I think there's coconut mixed in the flour mix. They were soo good and I don't like coconut generally.
