Breadfolks Bakery - City of Hudson

We had an awesome experience at Breadfolks while staying at The Maker Hotel in Hudson, New York. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the baked goods were absolutely outstanding. I had been eager to visit this bakery during our trip, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. I'm excited about the possibility of returning to Hudson and sampling your incredible offerings again!

I absolutely love Breadfolks! Everything I've tried here has been fantastic. I wish I still lived in Hudson so I could enjoy it more often, but I always make a point to stop by when I'm back in town. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

The best bakery in Hudson offers the freshest and most delicious breads in Upstate New York. My only request is for them to extend their hours!

The puffed pastry gets five stars, but two out of three said their coffee (almond milk) was very sour. Cruffin super decadent but worth it! Everything looks delicious!

Can't give more than 5 stars or I would. Best canele I have ever had. The baguettes are unbelievable. Crunchy, sour...everything you would want. Cube is in the freezer because we couldn't eat that much but couldn't pass up a cube of croissant dough. Worth the 2 hr trip!
