Main Street Tavern

My experience at this tavern what's top of the line I don't know what people's expectations are I found it to be a very friendly relaxing atmosphere just what I needed after a long drive through the state of Michigan I stumbled upon Frankenmuth and I looked for a place to stay will the tavern nearby serve my needs as I read the previous reviews I said to myself wow I must go there now because everyone has dog them out to a point where I don't understand I must go see this place now what I did was buy my wife two drinks and me for beers and I had conversation with the people there and they were friendly I bet the people that wrote the negative reviews are not very friendly people at all so don't read all the reviews all the time and make your choices off of that go do the only thing possible live a little bit

Could not have been more disappointed. Thought we might have found a good local bar. Have never felt more unwelcome in a bar in my life!

If you’re not from the area don’t waste your time or money. You’ll just feel like you’re intruding on nothing special. The older blond behind the bar is more sour than the cider I drank. Crazy to be a tourist in a tourist town. Good reviews are from the 6 usual local drinkers surrounding the bar.

Tourist beware!!! This place is only for the locals. Just like reviews before mine. If your not from this town don't look for good service. Half poured shots and less than half customer service. Me and my wife finished are drinks and left, because we obviously weren't wanted there.

Ordered 2 shots, chilled. Cost $13, my friend gave her a $20 and she put it in the register shut it and walked away. She didn't even chill the shots. We were going to order another but because she tipped herself and didn't chill our stuff, we just left after that 1st one.
