Lovely original bar, very friendly staff, different worth a visit

Fantastic pub that sets the bar for all the rest (ho ho). Seriously tho, this is a great place.

This is a lovely pub with charming, old-world decor. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I was also pleased to see a dog come in with its owners; the bartender thoughtfully brought out a bowl of water for the pup, which was a nice gesture. Overall, a great experience!

The best spot to catch a rugby game! The atmosphere is fantastic!

I went for a pre-pantomime meeting and enjoyed a delicious tomato and madras soup. I had a few whiskies, which were a bit pricey, but I would definitely go back again.
