Quo Vadis - Citta della pieve

Nice local restaurant, nice stuff! We went twice and tried most of the menu which was delicious. The Ravioli and steak were our favorite courses.

The location might be surprising, just next to a gas station, but don 't let this fool you. All the locals come here to eat, so that already states that the quality is very good. It 's a Pizzeria, but also the a la carte menus are very good. With 4 adults and 4 children (15 to 11) we spent about 85, Euro, including starter, main course, wine, beer, cola etc. After dinner we always got a thank you drink, Limoncello. Instead of cooking our selves, we 've decided to go there every evening. Fam. van den Heuvel, Netherlands.

A very good and simple restaurant. Had good pici in meat ragu that the children loved. Pizzas were also excellent with a great raviolli and steaks. Service was excellent. Very enjoyable

From the outside this is not an enticing place to chose to eat, there is a garage, motel and cafe in the forefront of the building on a busy crossroads, but venture down the side and into the resturant to discocer a large dining area that is clean and welcoming. The pizzarea, closed Tuesday, is open in the evenings but the resturant every day and night to serve pasta, local meat dishes (ever tried deep fried lamb chops? polenta in vast portions. Pizza's start at around 5 euros, they are vast, thin and crispy, Pasta at 9 euros, a ltr if wine 6 euro's. The table is your's for the night and the staff friendly and helpful.

To call this a pizzeria is not telling the full story The menu is extensive and everything is freshly cooked . Sure they seem to do a steady local trade in take away pizzas. And thats not suprising they are excellent ! Dont be put off by the fact that the restaurant shares a site adjacent to a petrol station. Its very much a restuarant used by locals there's nothing flash about it .There doesn't need to be the food does all the talking this is homely food, in homely surroundings . The value is excellent .
