Slow service and very abrupt middle aged Karen took my order.

Not bad great customer service but the dine in area is kind of cold during the evening time.

Ordered Nacho Fries on their app and order tracker showed order ready. Went 2 pick it up but was told not ready yet even though tracking said yes. Waited and waited. Finally one of the workers told me that my Fries was waiting 2 be picked up. News to me. Fries are now cold, so asked for a new order and they happily made it 4 me. Excellent customer service

Came up at approximately 6:50pm when they supposedly close at 7pm asking if they have hot tea and was told rudely by a grumpy, tall, white lady with a chunky build, “well we don’t have any right now because we’re closed.”
