Starbucks Coffee - Citrus Heights

Has a drive thru. Coffees hot and delicious. Inside atmosphere feels like all the Starbucks. Customer service is great. Friendly people everywhere but there some Problems: Trees block the signage. Can't really tell Starbucks is there because of such dense foliage. And it becomes a hangout when Sylvan school gets let out. Beware of kids everywhere. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

Good as most Starbucks. My drink was handed to me quickly but had lots of spilled coffee on the outside and the employee blamed the pourer instead of fixing it or offering napkins.

My matcha latte is more than half foam I didn?t ask for foam and I have up to the first line on the cup filled with actual matcha drink

I'm not sure why, maybe it was just a rough couple days but they are taking longer and still not getting orders right, they are friendly at window but seem stressed.... did they lose people? Just out sick? Get new supervisor? New people? New manager? They are off their game for right now but waiting for their comeback.... if you got rid of anyone, bring em back, lol....

I always enjoy visiting Starbucks. This location on Douglas is conveniently close to my office, which is great for me. I really wish they would reopen the one in Roseville Square, as it was even closer to me, but it doesn't seem likely to happen.
