Jack In The Box - Citrus Heights

This Jack in the Box location was by far the worst experience I've had. I ordered breakfast, and to start, my eggs had bits of shell in them—and it wasn't just my order; my friend found shells in her breakfast burrito as well. But that wasn't all. The hash browns were extremely old and had clearly been reheated. I ordered two hash browns, and my friend ordered some too, so that’s a total of three, all of which were stale. Needless to say, I will never return to this location. If you visit this Jack in the Box, be sure to check your food if you go through the drive-thru! And just so you know, I don't bother complaining to the manager because I don't believe anything would change when the staff seems indifferent. Instead, I simply won’t come back and leave a bad review.

Tacos are always my top pick. Sadly, the fries were soggy and served cold.

I requested extra lettuce on my taco, but they don't accommodate that request. Instead, they overcook it, making it too crispy, and they add a lot of extra hot taco sauce.

I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered three egg rolls for $5.05. I handed the cashier a $6 bill, and she returned a dollar to me, saying it was all good. The egg rolls were incredibly delicious!

This restaurant offers a great variety of fresh dishes, and I always have a great experience dining here. The staff is consistently friendly, the prices are affordable, and the establishment is always clean and well-kept.
