Fresh Mex Express - Citrus Heights

Delicious! We ordered pickup via their website and it was ready when we arrived. Friendly and efficient staff. We add the hummus trio, falafel bowl and lamb gyro. All were wonderful! Our favorite thing was the baklava! Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying Mediterranean food and I absolutely loved it ! I got the chicken gyro and the French fries and it was super delicious! The drive thru workers were super nice and made my food super fast, def would recommend!

The food here is amazing and homey. I was craving Mediterranean food and decided to pop in after finding them on Google. I was surprised by how much I got for my money. They let you pick your hummus, what type of meat you want in your gyro, and other options. They're also really friendly and it's family owned. I attached below the three meat plate, gyro fries, and greek salad. Visit them, they offer patio eating, and drive thru pick up, and curb side pick up.

I like being able to order face to face with the workers here and they constantly are making sure they have your order correct and that your getting exactly what you want. My brother and I both love this place and we each always order the combo plates with extra pita bread and extra hummus.

The customer service at the drive-thru was fantastic! Although their sign was broken, so I had to go to the window, that didn’t bother me at all. Now, about the food — it was bursting with flavor! I ordered the Greek fries, which were excellent and came in a generous portion that could easily serve two people. I also had the three-meat combo bowl with garlic hummus, which featured a hearty base of rice and was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend both dishes as they were superb. Definitely give this place a try; you won’t be disappointed! Just be prepared to wait about 10-20 minutes, but trust me, it’s worth it!
