Beijing Gourmet - Citrus Heights

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. The owner was incredibly patient while we looked through the menu. I chose the orange chicken with fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken with chow mein, all for a fantastic price of $17. After we made our selections, the owner provided us with an estimated wait time, which is a nice touch not often found at many places. It only took about 10 minutes for our orders to be ready. While we waited outside, the owner came out promptly to handle our payment. Once we returned to the car and opened our food, I was pleased to see a generous portion of chicken in my container, which was a welcome surprise! The food was delicious, with the orange chicken having a lovely crunch. Overall, this restaurant excels in service, food quality, and organization. I highly recommend it!

The food at this place is fantastic! It’s takeout only, but I only waited 10 minutes, which is wonderful. The value is also noteworthy. I must say, they serve some of the best wonton soup I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

I visited this restaurant for lunch and discovered it to be a charming spot conveniently located near the freeway. The staff was very friendly, and the waitress promptly seated me. I opted for the lunch special, which featured Mongolian beef. It came with egg flower soup, a choice between chow mein or fried rice, and a crab rangoon. The food was served quickly, and I was delighted to find that the Mongolian beef had just the right amount of spiciness, which I really enjoyed. It was both flavorful and fresh, although slightly greasy. The chow mein was also delivered hot and fresh, boasting excellent flavor. Overall, I would highly recommend dining here.

This restaurant has amazing Chinese food and the value is incredibly good. The portion sizes are very good you’ll be extremely happy. I have been coming here for I would say 20 years and I love this restaurant best Chinese food ever and war wonton soup is killer.

I’ve ordered delivery for 14 years and it is the best anywhere! Last night I decided to try something new, walnut shrimp. OMG…it was heaven in my mouth. The texture, crunch, and sauce made it an all eyes closed moment. It reminded me of kettle corn sweet. Wow…just wow. I was stuffed, it was in the fridge, and I kept going back. My new favorite!!
