Afghan Cuisine Shish Kebab

I newly heard that Persian Kabab and Tikka was under new ownership so I decided to pay a visit. The food was amazing, fresh, high quality, and full of bursting flavor! My family and I enjoyed our meal and the friendly customer service as well. Prices were also very reasonable and portions were quite large. Highly recommend!!!

OMG !!!! Food beyond excellent! Exceptional quality food !!! They cook food with so much love in it. Curries are perfectly balanced with spices and ingredients. Excellent representation of food! Basically Bomb Food !!! You find nowhere this high quality good cooked food anywhere in Sacramento Ranchocordova Folsom Citrus Heights. I eat food outside all the time but this is my first experience of eating this high quality food here. Happy 2022! God bless their honesty and passion in cooking this excellent quality food. Wonderful Persian, Indian and Pakistani food, the rates are reasonable, food is tasty and nice and very friendly staff.

Under new owners, the most tender meat I have had. Very nice. Looking forward to the revised menu. Is it weird to find a restaurant where the rice stands out? Well, their rice stands out. It's almost a dish to itself, wonderful. Their lamb shank is my all-time favorite (old recipe), but I also like their mutton biryani and their daal gohst. My husband like all their food and kabobs. My son enjoys the butter chicken and rice.

What a surprise! The lamb was tender and full of flavor. It was paired perfectly with the polo (rice). The rice was a meal in itself- like fireworks popping in your mouth. The koobideh was lean and tender. The shrimp and veggie kebabs were fresh and lightly seasoned to the right consistency. The owners treated us kindly. The expression of love is in their customer service and in the preparation of their food.
