The Brasserie At Cotswold Water Park

We couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, which was uncomfortably hot, and opening a window wasn't an option due to the noise outside. Furthermore, the suite next to us was part of a wedding party, so our morning was disrupted by constant knocking on the door starting at 7am, followed by a mini salon set up outside our door with hair and makeup services. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all.

This hotel is perfectly fine, but what truly made it a 5-star experience for me was the exceptional reception team. Kirsty, Cheryl, Louise, Lucie, and Caitlin were all extremely professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated. As the initial point of contact for the hotel, I hope the management realizes how fortunate they are to have such an outstanding team representing their business. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff members I encountered were all very pleasant and eager to assist me. The housekeeping team even went out of their way to send me my lost items. I would give the rooms, service, and location all a perfect score of 5.

Great location, spacious very pleasant rooms and plenty of facilities. The food options are varied but I preferred to find a local pub with a bit more atmosphere. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
