Sonic Drive-in - Circleville

Staff is mostly friendly and nice. Service is fairly quick; depending on how many are working that day. Food is really good.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is by the restroom intrance.

Customer service is a joke. Waited and payed for food. Waited 30 minutes for the order, just to see that they turned the lights off and locked the doors at 8pm. Manager cussed out the employees to lock the doors. Never got our food, even with a paid receipt

I would give it zero stars if possible. They shut off the stall while i was ordering and then proceeded to tell me they dont grill burgers passed around ten so i couldn't order anything with a burger. Seems to me they are lazy and close the grill down to go home early.

Grill “closes” and HOUR before they do and they turn the lights off to deter customs.

The ice cream I got only had candy in the first 1/3 of the cup the rest was all straight ice cream with no candies in it.
