Restaurant El Roble - Circasia

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant. the seat was fast, and the service was fast. the food was super tasty and plentiful. next to dinner I bought a few after home made fresh cheese to take home. try it, it's wonderful with breakfast.

The food was not fancy. Ample serving authentic Colombian cooking. Rustic atmosphere service great. Paper straws.

No se justifica con el costo de los platos que son muy altos para la comida tipica que unos cubiertos se entreguen sucios. El servicio tampoco es mejor, la respuesta de los meseros es pobre y lenta. La calidad de la comida es muy baja,...la preparación NO corresponde a comida tipica colombiana, los platos no corresponden a las preparaciones tradicionales. Es triste pensar que la gente joven aprenda en estos lugares sobre cómo supuestamente es un plato típico: van a aprender mal, muy mal. The cost is too high for this kind of local food in colombia and to find that some cutlery is delivered dirty. The service is not better either, the response from the waiters is poor and slow (too overcrowded.) The quality of the food is quite low too, the recipes does NOT correspond to local traditional Colombian food, the dishes do not correspond to traditional preparations. It is sad to think that young people are learning in these places about what is supposed to be a local traditional dish: they will learn badly, very badly.

We stopped by for breakfast and a very pleasant meal. I had Chorizo and plantain. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I would eat here again.

Typical roadside place. the servers try hard, but quickly get overwhelmed by the crowds. the plates are large, but the food is mediocre.
