Wendy's - Cincinnati

I enjoy my Sunday lunch breaks here each week. The service is always quick, and 98% of the time my orders are just right. Keep up the great work, everyone!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff member who took my order was very friendly. The food was delicious and served hot.

Wendy's is often known for having one of the slowest drive-thrus around, and there are usually a few mistakes with orders. However, this location surprised me! Our order was correct and fairly fresh. My only wish is that fast food restaurants would figure out how to properly fill their fry boxes.

Gail, our server was excellent! Very personal able, professional and warm at the Wendy’s on Montgomery Rd in Mason Ohio. She asked how our experience was and offered a sample of the strawberry frosty. It was a pleasure to dine in at Wendy’s. Please hire more like Gail and certainly give her a raise and make her a part of your training team. Go Gail!!!!!!!

If you want Wendy's go to this location! It's never busy, the food is always hot and the order is always correct. The dining room could be cleaner but I've seen much worse...
