Mcdonald's - Cincinnati

Friends were not good. my deluxe(letter tomatoes) chicken sandwich was hot, but no deluxe had only pickel. that was disappointing. the service was average.

I want the accuracy of the order, and I want open ordering. neither of these mcdonald’s nor of most Cincinnati sites. I don't want to wait long to place my order. this whole company is a müller and I'm done with everyone. covid completely killed restaurant quality and customer service. and these companies no longer take care if they do not satisfy them or not. they earn money over faust and will hire everyone. I am done with mcdonald’s because companies that do not run properly should leave the business.

Employer rude, how can glaring and scoofing if they hate their jobs so bad they find a new work or mangment it has to work to a better place. I also noticed almost every night that their credit card machine goes down, or if they are underoccupied 6/7 days I went to the last two weeks. it was a regular thing for the last year that cash money will take everything they take with each with cards in these days and it in the night to work the day and the next day on the way, it is good for a fountain pop but a mysterious breaking credit card machine only in the night, seems like someone stealing or lazy to be and to realize that they make the half of it up.

Hit and miss ,i get good got fries and a sandwich then i get jerkey burgers and cardboard fries, guess it depends on the workers or time of day not sure im not one to complain but i can say anytime im there i see whiners walking up lifting their bun , boohoo my samdwich isnt perfect

I stopped here last night, there were seven or so cars in front of me and it took 30 mins to get to the pickup window. When I got the the pickup window I had to wait 5 more minutes to be waited on. The girl was busy talking to the one cook. They were listening to aggressive music. Curse words with gang related activity lyrics. You know, music with no meaningful messages, just filth. The last didn't give a me a receipt. I ordered a sweet tea and a French vanilla sugar free iced coffee with extra cream. The tea taste burnt. The coffee was regular coffee with extra sugar and extra cream. Tasted like French vanilla syrup with ice. Terrible place to stop. They're advertising everywhere that they are looking for help. I wouldn't work in that atmosphere. Also, this is the experience you'd expect when companies have to deal with whatever workers that they can hire. No urgency, no accuracy, no respect for the customer. Those folks didn't earn their paycheck last night but took my money and gave no service or the right products. Truly terrible.
