Little Caesars - Cincinnati

Don't go to this place today. They say their credit card machine is down and they say they don't have cheese for the stuff of crust pizza. You all looked like they didn't want to work anyway.

Order a pizza at 8:14. They're closing at 10. I'm coming at 8:40 to get my pizza and they're already closed. There were 5 cars. Why would people allow to place orders

This place is the worst I had. I made an order for 1 cheese pizza that lasted over 1 hour and 40 minutes to get ready. The online view tells you that it is open when you go there, the store is completely empty. I made an online order for pickup, and when I picked up my pizza, the store was closed. I had to reorder in another place. I tried to call customer service and waited for 40 minutes, and no answer yet. I tried to call the company number, which then redirected me back to the customer service, the never-ending waiting line.

You don't know what's going on here at this place, but the new people who start working there must pay more attention. The bottom of the pizza is hard, the crust is not cut. It's hard to cut and the cheese isn't cheesy as it should be.. I guess it was fresh

Didn?t have anything I ordered due to not having it ? okay ? then gunna replace it with everything way cheaper and not offer any money or refund or extra items ?. Then hands me this . The one crazy bread is hard af with nothing on top of it . The other looks like they dabs some seasoning on it . Where is my cheese on my pizza ?!? I?ve never been so mad about a food order in my life . And can?t refund me my money cuz it was an online order ?! What ?!?
