Jeff Ruby Precinct - Cincinnati

The experience was incredible. from beginning to end, hands-down the best restaurant experience of my life. Eating was mouthwater, personal was super friendly and helpful, atmosphere was stunning. it means they get what they pay for... and what we receive; the best food, the best service and the best eating experience of my 42yr life. jeff ruby and your team always do what you do.

Of 1896 cincinnati police patrol house number 6 accommodated this location. fast before 1981, when mr. jeff ruby opened this steakhouse on the lewis clark trail, right next to the river. one of 3 different “famous” restaurants in cincinnati with rubys namen on it. from the moment when they start, they are greeted with a smile, no wait, no wonder, no flag on their server or valet. rated in the top 10 best steakhouses in the usa. and it is certainly not disappointed. because of the pandemic, inflation and how we all know; many other factors that have risen. but they get what they pay for, and if they pay $80 for a steak, it's better worth every single penny. I can assure them that it was one of the best meals I had so far. sure the kartoffels were a little too salty, salat could have been a bit overly dressed for my lust; but let us face that I am not there for this. I'm here for the steak! a so delicate filet, you could cut it with a fork. boiled to perfection, with king crumb, asparagus bearnaise and bromelaise sauce. the crispy fried brussel sprouts with apple, bacon lardon and a glaze. I just want to think about it. if they so far down my review some things to consider: they must make reservations in advance. I'd imagine they might take walk-ins, but they'll probably wait. we went on Wednesday night and it was a packed house. oh and we don't forget that dessert. the whole house. *cheek kissing

Great service, great steaks, lamb was a little dry, chicken was decent, mac and cheese was really cheesy and creamy which was awesome! Crabcake was good, my husband really enjoyed it. The staff made my birthday dinner a very special day! Thanks

We have always loved The Precinct, but last night we had one of the best meals and experience. Everything was absolutely delicious. Robby was our server and he was very attentive, made great suggestions and just beyond incredible. The manager Austin helped make my birthday even that more perfect. (Seriously still so happy about that butter pie! Thank you both for an incredible evening with my family. We enjoyed it so very much!!

The Precinct never disappoints!! Went out on a limb this visit and tried the Salmon… WOW! The Mac and Cheese is a must order, of course. We also tried the peanut butter pie for dessert and it was amazing, very rich but perfect flavor and texture. Jeff, if you’re reading this, please bring back the blue racer
