Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely love Frisch's Big Boy! I've been visiting since I was a child, and I'm so happy there's one downtown! Today at this location, I received excellent customer service. Desiree took my order and served my food promptly. Mrs. Cathy at the front provided fantastic hospitality, helping my son get to the restroom and engaging in friendly conversation while sharing helpful information. It was fantastic! I'm really glad they were there today! I give this place a Five Star Plus rating because they made me feel right at home! We will definitely be back!!
It was fantastic! The service and food were excellent. The restaurant is beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. We had a wonderful working lunch there today!
During off-peak hours, I had a fantastic experience at Frisch's Big Boy. I ordered a Super Big Boy and fries, and my meal was served promptly. The food was hot, as if it had just come off the grill. The restaurant's interior is clean, and there's always a cashier nearby if you need assistance. I would definitely recommend this place to my children.
