Frischs Big Boy - Cincinnati

Was here on Sunday, Mother’s day, and we had the best experience. The manager on Duty, Valerie, and the Server that helped us, Di, was extremely nice, thoughtful and was very quick with service. Throughly enjoyed our visit.

The food was perfect, great flavor and temperature, and delivered to our table of 10 with lightning speed. Our server was tremendous, but obviously the kitchen was on top of things too.

I thought all the Big Boy restaurants had closed down, but while I was on my way to a funeral in Ohio, I spotted several along my route. The one where I stopped for lunch reminded me of the Frisch's Big Boy restaurants from the past. The menu was just as I remembered, and the burgers were absolutely delicious. Our waiter was fantastic—he was a young Asian man who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The cooks worked quickly and efficiently, but it seemed like the two older women who appeared to be the managers that day were trying their best to do as little as possible, from seating customers to processing payments. Overall, I was thrilled to enjoy my Big Boy burgers and some dessert.

The staff was friendly, even though they were busy. It felt like we interacted with everyone. The manager checked on us multiple times. The Big Boys are always excellent. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing dinner!

I took my wife here for Mother's Day, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast from the breakfast bar. The manager, Valerie, along with Michelle, were fantastic and very attentive, ensuring that everything at the breakfast bar was well-stocked for our visit. We will definitely be coming back!
