Dunkin' - Cincinnati

I have been standing in here for about 10 mins. No one greeting when you come in. They just stair at you and walk away.

This is a standalone Duncan with plenty of parking. I went inside to pick up my coffee. I did it to go order and it was ready for me in a minute. The drive-through was very busy. Inside was clean there a number of tables. No employee was masked, but some of the customers were. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

The staff is friendly, providing excellent customer service, and the donuts are amazing, of course!

I'm not sure what happened to the old staff; I don't recognize anyone there anymore. The coffee has become terrible and bitter, and it seems they don't know how to make anything properly. Every time I pull up to the window, there are at least three people just standing around, staring blankly at the wall. It feels like the whole team needs better training or perhaps a complete overhaul. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars, but that's what I would rate it.
