Benihana Cincinnati, Oh

So benihana has been hit or miss when it comes to service and quality for the last 5 or so years. last night was the best experience I think we had in the 20 years there. the chef was amazing and has spiced everything to perfection: the server (on the bill as michong was amazing that we never asked for a refill. I will definitely return I hope that there service and quality remains amazing because imo nobody can compete with their chicken stable rice!

That was our first time when our son wanted this for his 15th birthday. I have to say that the recipe lady shouldn't be up there, she's not kind. even if our waitress was very nice, we had to hunt people on drinks all the time when we were sitting. I would think for a $300.00 meal that you shouldn't come to the point where we sit there for an hour to drink with nothing to say the least. the meal was very expensive for what I would say is fried rice and side of the meat. I wish I had read the Google reviews before I go here because what people say is 100% true. our waitress has to work somewhere else, she was way too nice for this place. we will not return as many others who have made the reviews.

I thought i was part of the meal of the birthday coupon didn't even cover what I got was 12 dollars more

The wait was obsessive and that was with a reservation. We waited 20 minutes past the reservations time, ordered and waited another 60 min for the chief. Food was good as always and the server was pleasant but the wait time was ridiculous
