La Anjana - Cillorigo de Liebana

We'd stayed across the road at Hotel Infantada, which is ok, but had a few bites to eat and two or three LARGE, CHEAP, BRILLIANT drinks here and decided to stay for the night. LOVELY people, very friendly, nice room, comfy bed, no breakfast as such but loads of places locally to get one. We'd highly recommend La Anjana as both a cafe/restaurant AND somewhere to stay, especially if you're a biker, touring the fantastic Picos de Europa.

We found this one strolling around Ojedo. Every round of drinks resulted is a new plate of tapas being brought out to us. Language was not an issue with different words and gestures being used by both sides. The locals were very friendly too, and even pointed out one of our party was losing something from his pocket. I'm sorry we weren't staying longer so we could dine here as the menu looked great.
