Daddy's O Pub - Cicero

Five months ago, I left a review for this restaurant. I had a private conversation with the owner, who is a fantastic lady, and the other staff members are also great people. The owner assured me she would address any issues. Since then, I have visited many times. However, tonight when I went in to order drinks and food to go, the bartender Robin rudely confronted me about my previous review, claiming I only wrote it because she didn't give me free drinks. I have never received anything for free at this establishment, and I have always been a loyal customer who spends generously and tips well. Robin escalated the situation by yelling at me in front of other patrons and calling me names. I am certain the owner would not approve of such behavior. It's a shame because without this incident, I would have given this restaurant five stars for their excellent service and delicious food. Unfortunately, my patience with the lady bartender has run out. I will miss Kate, Greg, and the owner's son, but I can no longer support this establishment.

I have been to this bar and grill several times over the past few months. The food is excellent, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are very friendly and hardworking. It's a great stop in a small town with lots of locals, but visitors are also made to feel welcome. I highly recommend it.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff is all very friendly and the drinks are strong. The pizza is particularly outstanding. Thank you for the fantastic service!
