The behavior of the “boss” is completely insolent. No understanding after getting the wrong food. Vegetarian was ordered and it was brought with bacon. After the waitress took it away and brought a new one, the bacon was just removed and the same plate was brought back, i.e. there was still bacon underneath. After another complaint, the “boss” got loud and cheekily slapped the money we had asked for again onto the table and made another cheeky comment. Bottomless impudence like that!!!! I would recommend a course on how to behave towards guests and recognize your guilt… I've finished ————————————————————————— Here is the owner's answer: Here too the same table 31 on Sunday February 12th. We had a lot of satisfied guests that day. We try to treat our guests with respect, but we also expect respect. The table was served by more than one person, everyone tried in vain. Even though all the plates were empty, the money was refunded —————————————————————————— A lot of people are happy, that can be true... But you also have to understand those who are dissatisfied, especially when something like you did is done. 1 portion was served cold, the other was served with bacon instead of vegetarian...and the one with bacon was simply removed above the bacon and served again. It's just stupid that you didn't remove the bacon underneath the noodles. What would you have done if you were allergic? Would you have been so cheeky then? You should work on your behavior and tone when things don't go your way. As a landlord or even more likely an owner, you should be able to deal with such concerns better. It would have been polite to apologize, but you didn't even say that, you cheekily slapped the money on the table. That will not do. Ultimately, the customer is king. I work with clients myself, so I can say this with confidence. A friendly tone makes a lot of difference, which you didn't have and also means that you don't realize that it was your mistake. You can talk for a long time about how satisfied others were. But that one table wasn't it.
I had cordon blue and the meat was not that fresh couldn't finished it. Lattee machiato wasn't special either. The sausage was okay tho. Great interior design Helpful staff and friendly Clean toilet Have a lot of options for drink and foods

Wir mussten für einen halben Liter Weisswein der nicht mal richtig gekühlt, dazu zwei Papierbecher 30.00 Franken bezahlen das ist wirklich überrissen.
