Pizza Plus - Church Hill

The delivery took two hours without any phone call or explanation. By the time the pizza arrived, it was cold. When I spoke with a manager, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. To make matters worse, when I tried to place an order again tonight, they had our address wrong! Furthermore, the order itself was incorrect— the pan pizza turned out to be thin, and the chips that accompanied the subs weren't BBQ-flavored as I had requested. How difficult can it be?

This is undoubtedly our favorite pizza place in the Kingsport area. We loved it so much that we decided to eat here twice in one week! They offer a fantastic selection of pizzas and crust options, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other pizzerias in the area. Additionally, the service is quick, which is always a bonus. We highly recommend giving the chicken fajita pizza a try!

My two sons and I had lunch at this restaurant, and I must say, their lunch buffet is both fantastic and affordable! We arrived just before noon and were delighted to find freshly made pizza and a beautifully kept salad bar, which is among the best I've seen. As always, the service was friendly and prompt whenever we get the chance to dine inside. The place is consistently clean, and it’s clear that they take pride in their food, dining area, and overall service.

I’ve been waiting for over an hour, and not a single fresh pizza has been served. The food is tasty, but it would be much better if it were fresh. Additionally, the lettuce at the salad bar is brown. Overall, it's just mediocre.

This is the only pizza buffet I've visited that doesn't actually offer any pizza. I arrived an hour after it opened, and there wasn't a single pizza to be found. Despite a crowd of construction workers in the dining area, the staff only brought out one pizza during my visit. I've had similar disappointing experiences on my last three visits, so I won’t be returning.
