I didn't like that they refused to redeem my coupon at the checkout, the checkout employee just acted rude and told me in a rude way, I don't recommend it, terrible service Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today, Saturday, July 13, 10:48 am, they deny us service because they have a course and they are not going to start work until 1, but they are having breakfast and talking. Service: 1

Super busy with four employees standing behind three registers doing nothing but won’t take any orders. We were forced to line up at two self-serve kiosks that had lines of at least 20 people each. All the people took so long and not one employee came to help. Even after asking them if we could order at the register or come help, they were not interested at all and refused. Once we finally got our order which was the longest I have ever waited at a McDonalds, we struggled to find a table and they were all dirty and unattended to. The food was not hot at all and the fries were teeny. Not ever coming back here no matter how much my daughter begs! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
