Bidrage med feedbackThe food is good, but this place has the worst customer service ever. All employees do not know how to treat their customers well; they are not welcome, they are not nice, and they are just rudely rude.
Food is contaminated, staff don't know, or they don't get trained to understand the Bible of the culinary arts due to mixing work knives and cutting tables for the same meat. Rule number one you don't mix chicken with meat or cut the meat with the same knife; you cut the chicken or use the same cutting table. That is a no, no chicken and beef mixing is wrongful doing. You don't offer customers mixing of beef and chicken togethe?? I will not go eat there even again, the meat that I ordered tasted like chicken my son is allergicto chicken and it cause him an allergic reaction, they want to show everything they do and that they aren't clean.
The chicken and steak bowl was excellent! Plenty of meat cooked to perfection! The Dumplings are delicious too.
The food looks great and it 's probably worth trying however the customer service definitely need some improvement. I came in and was interested in low carb menu options that they had. When I left the cashier know that I was looking for something a little car, her response was, do you need a minute to decide? I would have liked to be offered some suggestions on low carb menu options. Instead, I overpaid for what I ordered and I didn 't feel like I was helped very much.
Service is HORRIBLE. Waited in total 40 minutes for my order. And this is supposed to be a fast food place. Also, this wasn't rush hour, this was a Sun night. When I got there, there was no line, I was first. Rather than welcome me or say anything, I literally had to wait 15m to even be acknowledged. Even then, it was only because the person behind me asked what the hold-up was. Rather than ask me how she could help she just started taking his order. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. No apology for the wait or ignoring me, nothing. Then had to wait another 25m for my actual food. Again, no apology for the long wait. The food was good, only saving grace, but not amazing or worth a 40m wait and interacting with lame employees. The older gentleman making the food seemed like a hard worker. They were definitely understaffed.
