Starbucks - Chula Vista

The drive-thru line is often lengthy, but it moves rapidly, and it doesn't stop me from getting my coffee. The staff is consistently friendly; they always repeat your order when you get to the window. The same goes for inside orders—everyone is cheerful and welcoming. The interior is spacious and well-maintained. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots for coffee.

Outstanding service and atmosphere! Without a doubt, this is the best Starbucks around. I'm really thankful to have found this spot for quality coffee just when I needed it. The service at this Starbucks has always been exceptional, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. As one of my two local Starbucks, I can count on a reliable experience every time I visit. It’s essential to be patient and considerate when making special requests, as the baristas, cashiers, and all the staff who maintain the cleanliness of the space—including the restrooms—truly deserve our understanding and gratitude.

I waited over 25 minutes for a drink that I had ordered ahead of time. The place was crowded, and it seemed like everyone was feeling frustrated. It certainly didn’t set a positive tone for the morning.

I encountered five baristas, but they were unable to make a simple cappuccino. I waited for nearly 20 minutes, even though there were only three people in front of me. The service was absolutely terrible.
