Mcdonald's - Chula Vista

This place had some wonderful people working and the manager was helpful to a health risk for one of the customers bravo and thanks for a good cup of coffee

Did a survey and went back to get my promotional items buy one get one free gave the cashier the receipt with the code and my order cashier went to the manager to ask about the promo the manager didn't even look at the receipt casher came back and sade icouldn't use this her and had to go to the mcdonald's where i got the receipt from i asked her to look at the address of thereceipt i gave her it was from them i got it 2 days earlier from the same mcdonalds she didn't know what to say i just went toanother mcdonalds got my lunch there

Terrible service! They are extremely disorganized and inconsiderate towards their paying customers. If you're looking for quality service, I recommend trying a different location.

During our visit, this place was under construction. We initially intended to use the restrooms before placing our order, but unfortunately, they were closed off at the time. As a result, we chose to go somewhere else for breakfast. Additionally, we noticed a panhandler at the end of the drive-thru who shouldn’t be allowed to sit and beg there.

I rated this location 2 stars for a specific reason. I ordered just three items: a large Coke and two Happy Meals. However, I was asked to wait at the front of the restaurant for my order. At first, I didn’t mind waiting, but when I turned the corner, I saw four other cars ahead of me, and there was no place for me to park or even wait because my car was blocking the way for others trying to get by. Once I finally found a parking space, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order. If I hadn't flagged down an employee to let her know I'd been waiting for a while, I might have waited even longer. It was hot, and my kids were upset, which I completely understood. Overall, I was not happy with the experience.
