Mcdonald's - Chula Vista

Is McDonald's ignoring walk in customers? Seems like all the atention is on the drive up. This is the third McDonald's I have been to recently where I had to flag down an employee to take my order at the counter.

Came in at 6:30 pm on the 11th and watched an elderly gentlemen come in because they forgot his coke and ask for new food because he went home and came back and now his food was cold. a hispanic male worker wearing a black under armor jacket and agold chain was very rude and told him he can have his coke but there?s no way he?s getting new food. after the elderly manpersisted another worker came and offered to make him new food because his was cold. the first worker then came back and wasvery rude to the elderly man berating him and saying there?s no way he could?ve left without realizing he didn?t have his coke.this is the most rude i?ve ever seen any worker be to a customer who didn?t even do anything wrong and was being completelyreasonable. if you can?t make him new food that?s fine, but there?s no reason to be rude to customers or to criticize them fornot realizing they don?t have the drink that you forgot to give them!!

Had lots of fun there play Tic-tac-toe and had a milkshake and some french fries had a great time can't wait to go back there it's a great place the staff is all nice the food was you know the french fries and the milkshakes me my friend had we're greatthey're on time they weren't soggy they were everything was perfect

McDonald's has lost his touch, I enjoy a cheese burger once in a while, but you can tale they focus more on quantity than quality.

Rude employees very dismisive. No bathroom service there was water coming from the bathroom floors very dirty there was flies everywhere. I really regret placing my 36 dollar order will not be coming here again.
