I waited nearly 40 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive cold fries and the wrong burger. To make matters worse, I saw an employee wearing shorts who wiped her hand across her mouth and nose before handling customers' food!

The brazier burger is my all-time favorite from any of the major fast food restaurants! Very consistent and great to eat from coast to coast!!!

I've been visiting this restaurant for over 45 years, and throughout that time, even during COVID, the food has always been served hot and fresh, and the staff has remained quick and friendly. Whether I’m looking for a dessert, an ice cream cake, or a full family meal, the Carterville DQ has been a community staple for decades. Great job, team!

Food was good but they forgot to give us an order of fries. Other than that it was ok

A1 Burger is one of my favorites! The new poolside Punch Misty Miss Freeze was fantastic, and of course, the chocolate ice cream was delicious. However, I noticed that there isn't a diaper changing table, which could be an issue for some families.
