Wendy's - Christchurch, Barbados

Mid day visit, food was cold and soggy.. totally inedible.

The crew working night shift are not paying attention to what they are doing. Ordered 2 crispy chicken 2 Jr cheeseburgers and medium fries, only received one of each and small fries. Had to go back to claim what was missing, they did not even said Sorry for the inconvenience specially the guy with long hair who put the food in the bag. Terrible customer service at this Wendy. Make sure you check your order before leaving or go to another Wendy where they take care of their customers.

Drove by last night 2/4/24 around 8:30pm to pick up a salad, a plain baked potato, two double stack. My husband hands me a 20 and the drive thru attendant says it's 21.53. We were so exhausted coming from S. Carolina we weren't thinking and paid it. Today we realized it was such a scam , overprice. (should have been less than 20), but we paid cash so we could not verify the charges. I now ask Why doesn't Wendy's provide the receipt? BK and McDonald's do? We'll never know what they charged. ?

One thing is what you order, and a different thing is what you got through the drive-through.
