Shawarma Xpress (fiu)

Delay on the order. Small items, old Arabic bread, lettuce was cooked. Not recommended.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, I ordered a meat shawarma and the meat was of poor quality and they forgot to add a coke to the order, I called to make the claim and they never answered.

I made a purchase via Uber Eats at Shawarma Xpress (1309 SW 107 AVE. MIAMI, FL. 33174) from an offer published in the Uber Eats App, for a Chicken Shawarma, where it clearly indicated the following: BUY 1, GET 1 FREE, but the restaurant did not send me the second Chicken Shawarma for free (FREE ACCORDING TO THE PROMOTION), so I called the restaurant explaining what happened hoping that the manager would understand the error, but that did not happen, he simply told me that the UBER EATS offer did not appear in his system and that he could not do anything about it, in the end he told me that I should solve the situation with UBER EATS.. DO NOT BUY AT THIS RESTAURANT, IT WAS EXCELLENT BEFORE, BUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE HAS FALLEN TO AN IMPRESSIVE LEVEL OF MEDIOCRITY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY THERE..!! The offer published in the Uber Eats App clearly says BUY 1, GET 1 FREE, NOWHERE IN THE UBER EATS APP DID IT INDICATE BUY 2, GET 1 FREE, anyway, thank you very much for the lesson.

Incredible dining experience! The shawarmas at this restaurant are simply spectacular, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The service is friendly and efficient, making each visit a true pleasure. Highly recommended for lovers of good food! The FIU combo is the best

Got the sharma plate the beef tasted like it was spoiled couldn't eat had to throw away. The chicken was okay. The hummus other dips were good
