The “New Melts” look really good don’t they???ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They are very disappointing in comparisons to what they market.I urge u to not set yourself up for disappointment

Worse customer service from the cashier, or person that takes your order. The rest of employees excellent. They used to have great service before

This place looks like a homeless kfc. I have nothing against homeless ppl but this place serve food and has to be clean. When you get there the entrance door looks like has never been cleaned. Tables dirty. The workers screaming and talking instead of being cleaning. I like kfc, taco bell and pizza hut. But honestly it's better to keep away from here for your safety.

Why didn't I just skip the fast food place? This place is so old that the tiles fall down and you see gross black mold inside the walls. If you're catching a quick bite you could probably go in there blindfolded but I'd skip it next time.

Asked for honey walnut and got served like four pieces. asked for teriyaki chicken and the pieces weren't cut and asked for some teriyaki sauce as I usually do and the employee never put it. it was hard to understand the employees as they didn't understand me either. Had to ask for a cup three times till the employee knew what I was saying
