I saw this store decline in quality and customer service, which made made not go there for several months.I can tell you that for the last year and a half or so I returned as a customer. I have been a regular customer now for over a year. I believe that the Manager Edwin has made this store earn this review. Customer service and food quality is much better. Staff is much more Customer oriented and aims to please the customers. I hope that Mr. Edwin sees this comment and remains at this store. I higly recommend this store.
Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Service is terrible.I ordered a turkey whatever sandwich, I forget what it was called. It comes with onion and chive schmear, and cucumbers, and comes with chips on the side. I asked to substitute the onion and chive schmear with regular plain schmear. I ordered it with diet coke.They charged me for a bottle of diet coke, instead of asking if I wanted a bottle or from the fountain. (I wanted a cup, from the fountain. I told them about the mistake, and they allowed me to get a cup of diet coke from the fountain, but they didn't fix the charge. I still ended up paying extra.When I got my food, I looked at it and there were no cucumbers, and no schmear. I brought it back and they added the plain schmear, but said they were out of cucumbers. They should have told me they were out when I ordered it, or at least when they were about to start making it. I really like cucumbers and it was the reason I chose that particular sandwich from the menu.So I took my cucumberless sandwich back to my seat, only to realize they also didn't give me the chips I paid for, so I had to go up and ask for them.Don't go here unless you want to pay for more than what you ordered and receive less than what you ordered.
My first in this store, and had the most amazing experience. Daniel had my mocha ready, delicious and warm as expected. Brandon grabbed the rest of my order, also provided excellent customer service. This guys are spot on the best. Thank you.
If you want awful service and not the bagels you expect this is the place!The cashier (kind of blonde with color contact lenses) was angry and hated being there. I asked for Asiago bagels and she just put whatever was handy in my box. When I asked about it she tells me this nonsense: ‘oh you were pointing at those’ whatever others. She slammed them through the cutter and here’s a pic of how she anger sliced them. Btw, the ‘Asiago’ ones were less dark baked (than my last time) but with barely there cheese ‘burned’ on the bagel. ‘Everything’ bagel next to it has a hint of spices only. See pics. I went at 11 am, no rush hour. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION, go to South Miami or Doral where staff is nice and bagels are perfect.
Hi,I hope this is a constructive review and not to take it or receive it otherwise.While I’m waiting for my order, and this is my very first time coming ,I can say the the people to people experience is 0.The girl at the cash register was angry and in a bad mood, looks almost like she is hating this place, she asked me to move to the other cashier because she was doing something, the other male proposed two types of chips, I did not understand the options and he almost yelled.No one smile, everyone’s hair is a mess, they screaming at each other for orders or other matters.The place could be cleaner, if you standing out looking at the menu you get the view of dirty almost like abandon food stand.I have my bagel to try now, I hope is good!Thanks much.
