Ten27 - Christchurch

The service was very poor, the food was overpriced and staff were not good. After ordering at the counter, then waiting for part of my order to arrive, I went back to the counter only to be told the staff member did not hear me order what I was waiting for. No real oppologe and made no offer to say did I still want it. Very disappointed, won't be back.

Have been coming to this cafe for along time, Food is usually good, great coffee. However the prices are now ridiculously high, 14 50 for a filled roll, and 6.50 for a scone.....over the top.

The staff here all have a great attitude which makes for a lovely dining experience, I was served by the lady with brown hair and glasses and she was absolutely lovely to talk to, she seems very passionate, will definitely be back :

Rebecca was amazing! Excellent customer service by her, fully attentive to everyone's needs. The smashed avocado meal wasn't worth $22. The coffee was great! The fire was cranking, lovely atmosphere for a busy Mother's Day

Came here for brunch- lunch. They have lots of seating options. Items in the cabinet and in the menu. A win was the sparkling and still water on tap! Love that! Lovely service. Dad had the big breakfast and I went for a salad can't remember it now but it was yummy! Would go back!
