Bidrage med feedbackI visited today and I was amazed by the brilliant service I received from the young man behind the counter. Both me and my friend had great food but the trainee Scott delivered great customer service and really went that extra mile to help us with our order and to feel comfortable. I felt valued as a customer which is so rare nowadays at a chain restaurant he was a credit to the Burger King. I will definitely be returning on my travels, thanks a lot Scott.
Prices more than the high street branches, service slow, soggy bun, chips with toxic salt levels, coffee awful, wish I’d stuck to the unappetising looking sandwiches elsewhere (too late for M!
No bottled water run out! Worst most dry Angus burger ever tasted. Very understaffed for lunch time so slow to prepare. Rip off prices, go to M instead!
I had to write this as twice I have now had the wrong food given to me, at this place, the staff are so friendly but the orders are obviously not checked through enough, if they could just get this right then it would be even better.
Went to this fine establishment earlier today after a tedious and long drive. Safe to say my spirits rose after I locked eyes on the quality eatery ahead of me. Clean comfortable and cracking views of the road. However I’m writing this review on account of the lad behind the counter Scott Gouldthorpe I discovered his name to be. Never experienced service like it he was attentive friendly and generally on a scooby doo pill as I affectionately coin the term. He took care of me and my acquaintance in a Stella manner and I couldn’t of asked for more. Bloke needs a promotion Burger King you have a top lad on your hands the futures bright for this one. Will return to be served by the baller again.
