I am a solo traveler. I visit Thailand at least twice a year. I am not a food fanatic but I really love my food. You can call me a foodie. Last night I was walking by Soi Dianna and hunger kicked in. Thought of trying Steak. Understandably during this time of the year every single restaurant will be packed. It is this time which is a true testament with regard to the hospitality one restaurant offers to it's customer. Longhorn was packed when I stopped by, I was skeptical that the staff might not even notice me. To my surprise, I was greeted well with in seconds and they made me feel comfortable while I waited to be seated. I was offered a free beer while I waited to be seated which took me by surprise. Finally, it was time to dig in and taste my food. in one word I LOVED IT. If you are in town it is well worth the visit. Tasty food and friendly staff.

Plank steak fillet with baked mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables inside the bed of potatoes and a homemade bernaise sauce. I ordered medium and it was nice and search pink inside. It cut like a hot knife through butter. The grilled tomato was a lovely touch. There was cheese inside the potatoes and even another half potato that was baked. The steak was 250 grams, Aussie beef. 695 the coke zero. Well worth every baht for such a high quality piece of meat. I will be back and highly recommend. They have a huge selection of great cuts of meat and all ingredients are top quality. Delicious.
