Delicious coffee, in pleasant atmosphere, music of good taste and adequate volume... Price available, A/C at good temperature... And excellent pastry... Wifi with acceptable speed... They can be done in advance... Double room, with tables inside and outside... On the other hand, the park is difficult to access and share with the UPI...
